Located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse, this 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa features a full kitchen. All the basic pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware are included as well as a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. We've completed your vacation getaway to paradise with a welcome kit of basic necessities (toilet paper 4, paper towels 1, trash bags 5 and dish soap). Your Villa is provided with one parking space.

Enjoy a lazy afternoon at the waterpark across the street, at our heated indoor pool (if the beach isn't your thing) or meander thru quaint, historic Chincoteague Island. There's plenty of small business shopping and locally run restaurants nearby, including some amazing food trucks and fresh local seafood.
