Located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse, this 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa features a full kitchen. We've included all the basic pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware. A toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven complete your vacation kitchen. To make your travel to paradise easier, the bed linen, bath linen and essentials are awaiting your arrival (4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll paper towels, 5 trash bags and dish soap). Your Villa offers one parking space.

IF YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE CHINCOTEAGUE FIREMANS CARNIVAL AND PONY SWIM IN LATE JULY...THIS IS YOUR YEAR! The actual swim is Wednesday, July 27th.  The 97th Annual! Our Villas are available for the first time in many years.
