Located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse, this 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa features a full kitchen. All the basic pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware are included as well as a toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. We've completed your vacation getaway to paradise with a welcome kit of basic necessities (toilet paper 4, paper towels 1, trash bags 5 and dish soap). Your Villa is provided with one parking space.

Enjoy a lazy afternoon at the waterpark across the street, at our heated indoor pool (if the beach isn't your thing) or meander thru quaint, historic Chincoteague Island. There's plenty of small business shopping and locally run restaurants nearby, including some amazing food trucks and fresh locally caught seafood. NASA's Wallops Island is just miles away and is a must see for any science or space enthusiasts. Be sure to check out the next scheduled launch! A limited number of discounted bike rentals are available on site for easy exploration.

IF YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THE CHINCOTEAGUE FIREMANS CARNIVAL AND PONY SWIM IN LATE JULY...THIS IS YOUR YEAR! The actual swim is Wednesday, July 27th.  The 97th Annual! Our Villas are available for the first time in many years.
